Family Therapy
Families shape who we are, our values, our stories, and how we connect in the world. At their best, they bring love, support, and belonging. but they can also feel messy, overwhelming, or full of tension. Family therapy is a place to slow down, really hear each other, and find new ways to connect, understand, and support one another.
In our work together, families I support often focus on:
Building more open and caring communication across generations
Healing old wounds that still impact the present
Navigating conflict and finding ways forward together
Strengthening the parent–child relationship (with teens, or young adults)
Supporting smoother co-parenting through transitions or divorce
Creating a greater sense of connection, safety, and trust
